All activators are available in clear.
Standard Tin and Platinum Series mix ratio is 10 - 1 by weight, excluding P-17 Black, P-17 Black is 1:1.
All Tin Series products have a minimum of 6 month shelf life.
Tin Series products cure in 16-24 hours @ 75F.
Mixing ratio is 10 parts of Base to 1 part of Activator by weight, excluding P-17. P-17 as shown is a 1:1 ratio. Deviations from
the specified mix ratio will cause changes in the physical properties. Choose a container with a volume that is three to four times
greater than that of the rubber. Weigh the components carefully and mix thoroughly while simultaneously scraping the sides
and bottom of the container to insure that there is no unmixed portion. Place the container in a vacuum chamber and
deaerate at 28 to 29 inches of mercury vacuum until the mass of rubber rises and then collapses. Remove the mixed rubber
and carefully pour over mold, MR-15 is recommended for GI and Platinum molds.
